Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Content you submit for analysis
When you submit a photo, text, or voice recording to extract calendar events, that content is sent to our secure processing server (Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Whisper) for analysis. We do not store your photos, text, or voice recordings on any server after processing is complete. They are discarded immediately once the extracted events are returned to your device.

Usage counters
The App tracks how many analyses you have used (to enforce free and paid tier limits). These counters are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced via iCloud Key-Value storage so they persist across your own devices. This data is never shared with us.

Calendar data
Extracted events are saved directly to your iPhone's Calendar app using Apple's EventKit framework. This data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Upload history
A local history of your past submissions (thumbnails and event titles) is stored on your device only. It is never transmitted to our servers.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not create or require user accounts.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics tools.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to process your content:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — used to extract calendar events from photos and text. Content sent to Claude is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI (Whisper API) — used to transcribe voice recordings into text before event extraction. Audio sent to Whisper is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Workers — used as a secure proxy between the App and the AI services above. Cloudflare does not store your content. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — used to manage subscriptions and purchases. All payment and subscription data is handled entirely by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro and Business tiers). All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Data Security

All communication between the App and our processing server is encrypted via HTTPS. Content submitted for analysis is processed in-memory and not written to persistent storage on our servers.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
