Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications and services ("Services") offered by SUMMERCLOUDE PTE. LTD. ("SummerCloude", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them, or use them to process content you do not have the right to process.

2. Your Content

Some of our apps process content you submit (photos, text or voice recordings) to produce a result for you. You retain all rights to your content. We process it only to deliver the requested result and do not retain it after processing, as described in the relevant app's Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some apps offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may rely on third-party services (such as AI providers and cloud infrastructure) to deliver functionality. Their use is described in each app's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties beyond what is described there.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, automated outputs (such as extracted calendar events) may contain errors. Please review results before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummerCloude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
